quality time
Brooo, quality time is genuinely something that I think people ruined its meaning of. Like everyone thinks now that you need to be doing something to be having quality time spent with someone. That. Is. Bull. Quality time is just time spent around a person that you care about, when they are also spending time around you and they also care about you. That’s it. That is genuinely it. I can spend 3 hours just sitting in a friends floor while they sit on the bed and we’re each just doing our own things. Like I’m making something dumb out of cardboard and duct tape or something, and they’re just sitting in their bed reading a book or whatever. And that is genuine quality time in my eyes. All I need to spend quality time with someone, is to exist in their immediate presence and that’s it. They could be scrolling reels, making an art project, doing homework, writing an essay and I could be making a craft, playing a video game or LITERALLY ANYTHING, and that is quality time. We don’t even have to acknowledge each others presence for me to have good quality time spent. Or am I just retarded or something (yes, but still)
